Four internal tools had drifted apart. Each had its own navigation, its own permissions model and its own idea of what a shipment record looked like, which made onboarding new operators slow.

We modelled the shared domain first, agreed a single permissions matrix with the operations leads, and built a design system that every tool could adopt incrementally instead of a big-bang rewrite.

A multi-tenant dashboard with live data views, role-based access, saved operational filters and a documented component library now shared across the product suite.

Operators work in one consistent interface, new views ship from existing components, and permission changes are made in one place rather than four.
